Backend Access Issues
I am currently experiencing a critical issue preventing access to all backend servers. Administrative connections are returning Access Denied errors, and all backend management operations are temporarily unavailable.
Preliminary Findings
Initial analysis indicates the disruption may be related to:
A potential decommissioning or de-racking event involving the Phoenix infrastructure node, and/or
The recent withdrawal or cancellation of IP address allocations by the upstream hosting provider.
These upstream changes may be affecting authentication, routing, and overall backend connectivity.
Service Impact
Backend Server Access: Unavailable
Administrative Panels / Management Systems: Inaccessible
Public-Facing Services: May experience interruptions or reduced functionality depending on dependency paths
Current Action
I am actively working to verify the source of the issue and is coordinating with the upstream provider to restore normal connectivity as quickly as possible.
In addition to this the machine NA-PA-02 will be active in the coming days as I resolve the networking issue.

I have identified issues affecting the Pterodactyl panel and hosted Minecraft servers, and restoration efforts are currently underway.
Some services may begin coming back online gradually as I rebuild or repair core components of the system.
Please note that access to the panel and certain Minecraft servers may remain limited or unstable during this process.
